Calder Club EYFS Policy
Child protection and safeguarding policy
Calder Club is operated and run by school and school staff and as such all of our school safeguarding and child protection policies apply to our before and after school provision. Please find any other relevant policies on the main drop down menu.
FEES ARE PAYABLE FOR ALL BOOKED AND ADDITIONAL SESSIONS.
If your child does not attend a booked session through illness or other reason, payment is still required.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to make a refund of fees if a child is absent for a period of time due to illness or holidays taken in term time.
Should you experience any difficulty with payment, please contact the Headteacher immediately, via the school office on 01706 658623.
If you no longer need the place or if a reduction in sessions is required you must give two weeks notice in writing.
